1. Khlong Chak Beach 🌅
For us, this is the number one beach in Koh Lanta! If you’re looking for a relaxed and bohemian vibe, Khlong Khong Beach is perfect for you. Imagine beach bars with hammocks, soft lights, and breathtaking sunsets.
Our tip: Bring water shoes, as there are some rocks in the water and also a few fish! 🌞
2. Long Beach (Phra Ae Beach) 🏖️
As its name suggests, this beach is long, very long! With its soft sand and crystal-clear water, it’s the perfect place to relax or take a walk along the shore.
Our tip: This is a very popular beach, so come for the sunset and settle on the beach with a beer to fully enjoy it! ☀️
3. Beautiful Beach 🌿
Less known than the others, this beach truly lives up to its name. It is peaceful and authentic.
Our tip: Bring a picnic, as there are very few restaurants nearby! 🥪🍉
4. Secret Beach 🤫
As the name suggests, this beach is a true hidden gem. Small, intimate, and surrounded by nature, it’s the ideal spot for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet.
Our tip: Arrive early to enjoy the beach without tourists! 🐠
5. Bamboo Beach 🎋
Located in the south of the island, Bamboo Beach is one of the wildest and most preserved beaches in Koh Lanta. With its white sand and crystal-clear water, it’s a true haven of peace. You’ll need a vehicle to access the beach!
Our tip: Bring water and sunscreen, as there’s little shade and few shops. However, you’ll find some restaurants! 🌞🧴
Also, watch out for coconuts that can fall at any moment from the palm trees. 🥥
6. Nui Beach 🏞️
This beach is a hidden gem, surrounded by cliffs and accessible after a short walk. The effort is well worth it: once there, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view and an intimate atmosphere.
Our tip: You have to go through Diamond Cliff Restaurant and Resort. Bring walking shoes to access the beach and be careful on the way down. 🥾🌊
